一、研究方向
精准农业航空喷施技术、信息获取与数据处理。
二、应聘条件
1. 国内外知名高校及研究机构博士毕业，博士学位为农业工程、机械工程等相关专业，具有精准农业、机电工程、农业航空信息获取和喷施技术与数据处理相关研究背景者优先。
2. 申请者年龄在40岁以下，能够全职来校工作。
3. 身体健康，热爱科研工作，具备创新精神、团队协作和敬业精神。
三、应聘程序
1. 申请者需提供以下材料：
（1）个人详细简历1份（自大学开始，中文或英文）；
（2）博士论文摘要、学历、学位证书；
（3）可以证明本人研究能力和学术水平的成果清单（论文、专利、奖励等）及佐证材料。
（4）两封同行专家推荐信（其中一封为读博时的导师推荐信）。
2. 学校对申报材料进行初审，初审合格后填写申请表格并提供相关资料。
3. 学校组织专家进行面试，通过后给予专职科研编制。

Research Fellows Recruitment Announcement
In order to meet the center’s research needs, National Center for International Collaboration Research on Precision Agricultural Aviation Pesticide Spraying Technology (NAPPC) is now recruiting research fellows from domestic/international higher education colleges and universities, and scientific research institutions as from today.

1. Research field:
Precision agricultural aviation spraying technology, information acquisition and data processing.
2. Qulifications:
Ø Basic requirement: a PhD with the fields of agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering and other related background.
Ø Preferred: Research or industrial experience in precision agriculture, electrical and mechanical engineering, agricultural aviation information acquisition and spraying technology and data processing background.
Ø Applicants should possess good scientific ethics and team work spirit.
3. Application materials:
Ø A comprehensive CV (including education and work experience, published papers and projects, in Chinese or English).
Ø An abstract of PhD dissertation.
Ø A list of publications and patents in the last five years, and scanned copy of 3-5 representative journal papers.
Ø Scanned copy of research grants and awards certificates.
Ø Scanned copy of PhD certificate.
Ø Other proof documents that can prove the applicant’s knowledge, ability, or performance.
Ø Two recommendation letters (including one letter from your PhD advisor).
